Any large used drum shop should have buckets of these, and if they don't you can find them readily on the internet. Your kit uses pretty standard 2" (bass drum) and 1.5" (tom) Japanese "Slingerland-style" lugs. My local shop has used take-off lugs from this era for about $1US, sometimes 50 cents each. The trend right now seems to be in favour of vintage gear, most of the hipsters I've seen playing refurbished 60's Pearl kits paid top dollar for them. The good news is, once they're fixed up, the value increases quite nicely.
